Immortality

The quest for immortality is real.
A search which has a greedy man obsessed.
To have the skin feel smoother than a seal,
To live eternally, not like the rest,
To look straight up, and down, and left, and right,
To try to find a fountain full of youth,
Became a goal to never see the light.
Forever running, blinded from the truth.
What greedy men don’t know: the end is near.
The quest pursued everywhere-a truth,
But immortality decreed unclear.
So don’t go look for fountains filled of youth.
Do not go run around, would you please sit.
Eternal life is really not legit.
