Bus Seat

I’ve never been so comfortable
Relaxing in this seat,
I feel as though the awful pain
Has risen from my feet.

No more standing in the aisle
Or bumping into peers,
For now my long awaited seat
Has finally appeared.

I’m sorry you could not obtain
This splendid empty seat
But you were not nearly as fast
To grab this lovely treat.
