I'm (Not) Sorry

The screaming crowd
the shouting so loud
my fist swinging through the air
hitting his mouth and the crowd just cheers
the cheering
turns to jeering
and it all comes undone
but the fight rages on

the crowd jumps in
blood falls like rain
the next day at school
they both think that they win
and, of course, they’re at it again
the teacher says apologize
but you can see it in my eyes
i’m (not) sorry about it
not a single bit
