You And Me

You say I'm too young
You say I'm at risk of falling apart
You say I don't see the consequences of my actions
You say I see a world made of sugar
You say I don't think
You say I am clueless

You think you have to investigate everything I do
You think I should stop and listen to your advice
You think you're a God and I am not
You think I have no idea what is going on in the world
You think I am going to make your same mistakes

I say you jump to the wrong conclusions
I say you need to trust me
I say you're wrong
I say you're no more important than I am
I say you're crazy for thinking I would make your same mistakes

I think you don't know what I think
I think you're too old to understand
I think you don't even know the half of it
I think you should be the one listening to me
I think you shouldn't be judging me
I think that you are the clueless one
